Final Demand

The majority of Jack Russell’s clients will have gone through a process of sending reminders after invoicing and then trying a final demand of their own.

Such procedures are an essential part of the debt recovery structure, however, if this does not work then it is time to consider third party action through a debt recovery agency such as ours.

The Jack Russell Debt Collection Final Demand will achieve the following:

  • A percentage that receive the Jack Russell final demand will pay as they do at every single stage of the Jack Russell operation.
  • In line with the County Court’s pre action protocols, any letters and final demands from Jack Russell need to be part of the paper trail before issuing court action.
  • Interest will automatically added at the appropriate rate through any clause that you may have in your contract.
  • Compensation fees will also be added as is allowable under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
  • If our final demands do not secure your payment then we simply move onto the next stage of the process as is clearly covered within the Jack Russell website.
